Philip Webb

Philip Webb is the Executive Director of the Operation Kids Foundation and Managing Director of its OK Impact Fund, where he leads strategic initiatives focused on expanding impact-driven philanthropy and sustainable funding models. He also serves as Director of Partnerships at Mentors International, building cross-sector collaborations to support entrepreneurship and economic self-reliance. In addition, Philip is a co-founder of Harbor Fund, a nonprofit film investment organization, and Baurau.com, a social enterprise dedicated to job creation in Africa. Across his work, he brings extensive experience with NGOs and social enterprises, combining mission-driven leadership with practical operational expertise.

Philip holds a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University, a Master of Public Administration from George Washington University, and a master’s degree in Sustainable Development from the University of Oxford.
