As the Director of Care Parent Network, a nonprofit organization that provides support and services to families of children with special needs, I lead a team of dedicated and compassionate staff who share my vision of empowering parents and enhancing the quality of life for their children. I have over four years of experience in this role, and over seven years of experience in the nonprofit sector, where I have developed strong skills in leadership, program development, and nonprofit management.

My mission is to leverage my MPA in Public Finance and my background in political science to advocate for the rights and needs of families and children with disabilities, and to collaborate with other organizations and stakeholders to create effective and sustainable solutions. I am passionate about public speaking, statistical analysis, and fund development. I enjoy using these skills to raise awareness and educate the community about the challenges and opportunities facing our field. I am also committed to continuous learning and improvement, and I seek to apply the best practices and evidence-based approaches to my work.
